Important Update for UK Customers: Brexit and Customs Charges

Since Brexit, every customer in the United Kingdom who orders a product online is considered an importer. As a result of this change, customs charges will be collected by the delivery company to be remitted to British Customs. This means that when your order arrives in the UK, you may be subject to additional charges, including import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The delivery company will contact you to collect these fees before or upon delivery. It’s important to be aware of these potential additional costs, as they are necessary for your goods to be cleared through customs and delivered to you.

International and Domestic Shipping Options

We are delighted to offer our customers the flexibility of ordering from one country and having their items delivered to another, or to a different address within the same country. This service is perfect for those purchasing gifts for friends and family abroad or for individuals who are relocating. Please note, it is essential to provide the recipient’s phone number at the time of placing your order. This ensures that our delivery partner can communicate effectively with the recipient, addressing any delivery specifics or issues that may arise during transit. This step is vital for a smooth and efficient delivery process, guaranteeing that your items reach their intended destination safely and on time.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

In the USA and Canada, the delivery time averages 4 days. However, owing to potential climatic disruptions or delays from our courier service, we cannot guarantee delivery times. For the UK & Europe, it’s typically 2/3 days.

Please note that the delivery dates indicated on the product pages and order confirmation are purely indicative and subject to change based on unknown shipping conditions.

Each shipment, such as a corkscrew, has a base weight of at least 390g. Should you purchase more than one corkscrew, we will cover the additional weight cost of your parcel at no extra charge to you.

We are currently unable to dispatch items to Russia, Ukraine & Israël due to the ongoing global difficulties.

Delivery is not available to the French overseas territories, including Réunion Island and Polynesia. If your country isn’t mentioned, kindly enter your address at checkout to find out the delivery rate and availability for your location.

Changes in Shipping Costs

We do not profit from shipping charges. Our shipping rates, provided by our international and European carrier DHL, are subject to their pricing. Given the fluctuating oil prices, these rates may vary in accordance with the current price of oil.

When Will My Order Arrive?

You will receive a delivery update link directly from DHL via email or SMS. For security reasons, a tracking link is also sent as soon as your parcel is ready for dispatch. If you haven’t received any notification within 24 hours after our automatic dispatch confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

What If I Am Not at Home?

If you are not at home on the scheduled delivery date, you can arrange for the delivery on an alternate day or opt for collection at a local depot. Packages are not left in mailboxes, and a signature is required as proof of delivery.

Cancelling Your Order

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately. We process orders within 12 hours, whether they are personalised with engraving or not.
