If the product is in stock (as indicated on the product page), the estimated delivery time is approximately 48 hours. If the product is made to order (also noted on the product page), please allow between 2 to 4 weeks for production. This product will be specially crafted for you.
We deliver to the United Kingdom, naturally, and to 90% of countries across the globe. All our parcels are sent from France, allowing you to make purchases from the UK and have them delivered to the USA or a European country.
To track the delivery of your order, please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can enter this number on our courier’s website to view real-time updates on the location and status of your package. If you have any difficulties tracking your order or if you haven’t received a tracking number, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.
All orders are crafted in chronological order at the workshop, and regrettably, it is not possible to specify whether one, two, or three knives are left to be made. This is why we provide an estimated timeframe of 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. The nature of craftsmanship and commitment to quality necessitates time. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
