What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by debit or credit card, PayPal, Amex & Apple Pay.

Currencies

We offer the possibility to consult our prices in other currencies than the Euro. This price is purely indicative: the payment will be made in Euro on the checkout page, because it is our currency in France. Please consult your bank to evaluate the transaction fees from your currency to the Euro.

Payment is denied

Please note that since 1 January 2022, the European Union requires payment platforms to provide strong authentication of the cardholder: you must validate your payment using your bank’s banking application when validating this purchase.

If your purchase is refused, we are not the decision-maker; these are the new security guidelines against credit card theft and fraudulent purchases.

If you have validated this payment with your banking application, but the transaction is still refused, please check with your bank to ensure you have the possibility to buy outside your country over the internet or that your bank does not limit the amount of your purchase abroad.

It is always possible to create a PayPal account; your payment confirmation will be requested by email.

Invoices and VAT

A purchase order and an invoice are automatically generated when you place your order. If your IP is located outside the European Union, you are not subject to VAT. If necessary, VAT will be added.
